Voting at poll places can be a hassle fraught with issues and annoyances. Often times, people go to school and have no transportation to a polling place. This is just one of the MANY reasons people are unable to vote in key elections in US history.
Through researching this problem, Digivote was born. It is an application I designed that is hopefully going to be the future of Government Voting.
This application aims to change the analog voting process, and allow people to vote from the comfort of their couch. Vote security and voter verification will be crucial to an application of this magnitude success. The scope of this project in my schooling was to design a futuristic solution to aid in the voting process, given that in the future vote security, and vote data protection might be highly improved to allow for digital voting experiences.Due to this, an extensive voter verification process will be in place prior to casting your mobile ballot.
Below are just a few key screens to this behemoth of an application. This was a very challenging application to design yet I found it very rewarding and optimistic for the future of voting in America.
