During my Junior year in design school, myself and a friend of mine were assigned to work with a non-for-profit company to help them with designs they needed and push for more brand awareness. The nonprofit works with artists and puts on gallery shows in their gallery space. I found it might be a good idea to have small calendars dedicated to the artists they work with as a friendly reminder to come back to the next gallery show and participate. Artists are constantly looking for new art to keep or look at, so I felt an artistic illustrative calendar was right up passerby artists alley. These designs could also be printed as large posters as well.
